Wayne’s roots are in the technology industry. He’s a successful entrepreneur and CEO of MarginMate, his third business enterprise.

After his first technology company was sold to fund his retirement, Wayne’s restless spirit found him in the retail flooring industry as owner of a large showroom. It was the constant struggle to keep ahead of growing costs that led him to discover Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) and shift his focus to this new technology.

A desire to help other retailers evolve their businesses by reducing costs and improving customer service using this powerful tool, while making them more profitable with increased efficiency in the process, led to the founding of MarginMate in 2005. Wayne’s showroom was sold in 2008 to concentrate all of his efforts and resources solely to MarginMate’s success.

Wayne is the happily married father of two sons and has three grandchilden. Fishing is his passion.
